Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at this hotel was really pleasant overall. The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy wonderful views. The dining was good, and I especially appreciated the bottled water topped up daily. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the positive experience.
The hotel offered a rare find in Europe with small but delightful rooms featuring period wall coverings and art. The rooms were nice and clean but lacked Italian style, albeit a bit cramped with limited surfaces and a shower head that required holding. The service was lovely, with helpful staff for dinner reservations and overall friendliness. The location was fantastic, centrally situated yet not noisy, providing easy access to many attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory with limited options, but the view from the roof deck was stunning. Overall, a charming hotel with some room for improvement in certain areas.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were perfect and clean, ready even before I expected, very modern, and well-designed, complete with my own veranda. The only downside was the dining, which was not good at all, with questionable quality in some offerings. But the service was super friendly and helpful, especially with booking tours and arranging transportation, like our taxi to the airport. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions and tucked away from the noise. Such a steal! Despite the dining hiccup, the overall stay was excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big enough for my group of 4, clean, and the service was great. However, the lack of surfaces in the room was a bit inconvenient, and the bathroom's shower head made it challenging to stay dry. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
I couldn't get enough of the amazing terrace with its breathtaking view across Rome, featuring sun lounges, outdoor dining setting, and armchairs. The rooms were pretty good, albeit a bit dusty at times. The wardrobe area added a nice touch.
Staying in the serviced apartment across from the hotel was a great deal with a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, and excellent WiFi. The only downside was the long walk for breakfast, but for half the cost, it was worth it.
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The room was small but had the most amazing terrace with a breathtaking view across Rome. It was incredibly well-appointed with sun lounges and outdoor dining setting. The service was great, and the location, right in the center of Rome, just helped to make it a perfect break. The dining experience was perfect with a wide selection of items. The facilities were top-notch.
I had a wonderful stay overall at this hotel. The rooms had 2 beautiful balconies with great views, and a wonderful terrace with stunning views. The owner and his staff were extremely hospitable and sweet, always going the extra mile to assist, including setting up airport pickup. The location is outstanding right at the top of the Spanish Steps, making it excellent for exploring the city on foot. The dining experience was perfect, offering a delicious selection of items with beautiful views. However, the hotel is in need of refurbishment and is a popular tourist spot.
The hotel has a traditional Italianate decor with limited views but offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms. The service is friendly and very helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The location is superb, right at the top of the Spanish Steps, providing easy access to all major destinations within Rome. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room confusion and mixed dining experiences.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with two beautiful balconies offering great views. The service was a bit lacking in explanation and apology but was overall friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, quiet, and perfect for families. The dining experience was superb with a diverse selection of food. The facilities were top-notch.
