The location was very convenient to many attractions. The staff seemed helpful plus friendly. My room included a nice bathroom.

There was no elevator at the hotel I saw. The rooms was worn needing some attention. I found zero noise buffer between rooms.

i loved the hotel's location near the piazza di spagna. my room was in the annex, very close to restaurants and attractions. the staff was always available and happy to help, even without staff in the annex, they are just a call away

the lack of an elevator in the main building might be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.

my room had a double balcony overlooking piazza di spagna and magninelli square. rooms are well-kept and cleaned daily and the maids even folded my pjs. the room was perfect.

the location are excellent and right by spanish steps.

this hotel charged me over $1100 after i called to cancel prior to the 72 hour cancellation period. the associate on the phone hung up, never called me back, then they charged me a huge sum. they claimed i needed to cancel the day before and i found this to be so sad when hotels treat people like that. they are not in line with their own policies.
